"Great stay but unruly neighbours were super loud at night and kept my tired kids and I awake. When I called front desk they said they would send someone, but doors kept slamming and one woman kept speaking so loudly 10pm to almost midnight. Very disappointed with security/staff because of this. Otherwise great location and beautiful hotel."

"The bed was small, uncomfortable and creaked. The room smelled strongly of cleaning product- we couldn't make it through the night. The staff was very nice though and I'm sure other rooms were better"

"Overall a lovely property and experience. However, we were in a garden suite where
there were no chairs, no space in the bathroom, and while the beds were very comfortable, they were very high and a stool would have been useful!
We really enjoyed the restaurant and the lovely courtyard."
