"Room and bathroom were very large and clean"

"Our check in along with other guests was horrible! I pre booked & paid & they had incorrect pay information on our booking & I was forced to pay again! Absolutely a cluster! I would never recommend them. I also need to be reimbursed for what I paid on the original booking with you. I have my original booking receipt & I have the receipt for paying a 2nd time. Check in took 45 minutes & we had a wedding to attend! Other guests had been waiting over an hour to get checked in as well. Please refund my original booking amount."

"Pretty convenient spot, easy to get to anything in town. Older hotel, in good shape. Good shower and bed, didn’t spend much time in the room but it made for a great spot to sleep. Easy check in and check out"

"Leftover stuff in the refrigerator, my room did not have a remote for t.v., when i went to the front desk to get one I was told there was one already in there and I said well then would you please show me where it's at because I've gone through the closet and I've gone through every drawer and so I asked for her to give me a remote please, she said she didnt no if she had one so she opened the drawer and there were a few in there so she handed me a remote, I went back upstairs and the remote didn't work on the TV so I go back down and told her that the remote did not work on the TV because while it might have to be programmed and I'm like do you have a different remote a different kind of remote and so she made a phone call I guess to her supervisor and she comes walking out of the back room with two different remotes and she goes well I don't know if either one of these will work because they may have to be programmed I said just give me both of them and I'll bring back the one that doesn't work. As we were speaking a couple walked in and she ignored me and took care of the people who just walked in instead of continuing what we were trying to get accomplished, I told her that that was being rude that I was there first and she was helping me and it was rude for her to start helping somebody else without addressing my problem so I said just give me both of them and I'll bring back the one that doesn't work she him hard about it and I said look I can't go to sleep without the "
