"There were bed bugs and bugs in the room. The door did not seal so you could see outside when standing inside. I literally saw a bed bug, I looked up what kind of bug it was. The air conditioning unit was nasty. I’m sorry to the family that runs and owns it but they need to invest in the property, the nightly rate was WAY too high to have those issues. Gross."

"I enjoyed this hotel very much, except that the fact that I had to walk all the way to the casino to get a coffee in the morning no coffee was offered in the hotel lobby. It seemed not very friendly and welcoming to me. Coffee is something everyone loves in the morning. You need a coffee station."

"This was an unclean hotel. The room was not clean, the shower backed up and didn't drain, and you could tell it hadn't been scrubbed well, if at all. Fingerprints all over the bathroom door front and back. This hotel was in sad condition with no pride of ownership. The staff was unappreciative and didn't welcome guests with enthusiasm. Very overpriced hotel for the area and the unsatisfactory condition of cleanliness. Would not recommend."
