Things were a bit run down in our room and it could have been cleaner but it looks like they are trying to make improvements and do things to make it nicer. Staff was very friendly. "Great breakfast buffet, it ends at 9:00 am and we entered around 8:30, sausage was all gone so we asked if they could make some more and they did. The staff was conscientious and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. A film crew was checking in and manager let us know they would be close to us, she offered to move us if we wanted just in case they were loud, I thought that was really nice of her, but we stayed in our room and everything was quiet. It’s a beautiful location, we would definitely stay here again. Beds were super comfy and room was well insulated. It was quiet. "

"We had made our reservations a month or so in advance, but we arrived late at night and were given the key to our room but there was a man in the bed when we opened the door. We apologized and lugged our luggage back down to the main desk. We were told there were no more rooms with two queen beds so we asked if we could have two rooms instead. When we went to open the second room, it was the same room with a man in bed. So we had to lug our suitcases back down to the main desk again. We were finally given the keys to two unoccupied rooms. We just hoped the desk clerk wouldn’t now give some stranger the key to our rooms!! Very uosetting!"
