"Welcoming receptionist. Clean, warm, welcoming, well appointed room. Slept very well although, no noise from corridor although somewhat thin walls between rooms as could briefly hear coughing from next room. Very easy for flights to/from Heathrow"

"Excellent amenities but the friendlies of the staff stood out. From the reception staff, concierge right through to the cleaning staff everyone was friendly and approachable. I don't normally complete review requests but it would have been remiss of me not to have responded. I hope this review will be relayed to everyone concerned as I'm sure they have to deal with no end of challenges on a daily basis. My very best wishes to them all and I'll definitely be back.
