"Great location. Quiet and peaceful hotel. Lots of natural light and cool breeze from the garden. The kitchenette has a real small sized refrigerator and not the useless dorm sized one. Waking distance to many great restaurants in Summertown with easy bus access to Oxford city center. "

"Cheap and poorly maintained. Staff was nice and kept the place clean but it was obvious there has been no investment in years. Worn out furnishings, terrible bed and a breakfast buffet that was ridiculously poor. Baby Bel for cheese, seriously. Terrible. Didn’t stay the full 3 days we had booked. My back couldn’t handle that bed for another night. Gave up a non refundable nights stay but it was worth it to go someplace decent. No pride in ownership. Not recommended at all."

"I would not recommend this property which I will explain below. When you arrive at the property you go through a corridor to a courtyard that has 4 rooms. The courtyard was nice but unfortunately it is all gravel which makes pulling suitcases difficult. The twin room is called the Hobbit Hole and it truly is.
