"The room was spotless, warm and spacious. We opted for Deluxe room which was situated in the annexed building on ground level. The staff were extremely welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful. Plenty of storage and coat/clothes hanging space. Being in a rural spot, we found it very peaceful. A large car park is sited just across the road, which links Perth and nearby Glenfarg. "Shared canteen area is messy and not the cleanest. Shared bathroom upstairs has a shower which doesn't work. Television didn't work in my room (possibly the remote) - but it was very late and I couldn't be bothered chasing this up. I was awoken by very loud noises of arguing and fighting around 2.45am. I thought something serious was happening - but then realised the person in the next room had their television om at an unbearably loud volume. I obviously didn't want to knock their door and ask...
