"This is an hotel which I have stayed on numerous occasions & I do so as I love the place & this time I stayed in a refurbished room which was excellent, it can be recommended"

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. There were plenty of breakfast items to pick from in the morning. The hotel is well situated and just a short walk from the bus and train stations. It is located close to shops, bars and restaurants."

"Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, auch wenn er kurz war. Wir haben uns als Familie mit Kindern dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch das Außengelände war sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen."

"Th hotel is lovely and in a great area of town. The check in process was to put it politely "not customer friendly". We had to use an iPad to enter every bit of information, while the clerk (who had a full keyboard and could do this many times faster than 2 fingers on a small iPad) watched and did not intervene to assist unless asked. During Covid, this might have been helpful, but these days, it is simply inefficient and unnecessary. The staff were uneven - some were great (the 2nd person who was at the desk was quite pleasant) Getting a glass of wine for our room was a bit of a trial, but the person who help with a morning refreshment was wonderful. All in all, some training and systmes improvement would make this a wonderful spot."

"When we arrived the lights and power in our room and hallway did not work for about 90 minutes, after which the problem was fixed. I suppose it was okay as they let us check in early."
