"This hotel exceed my expectation for a one night stay. The hotel is newly remodel, the room was nice, comfortable and soft bedding. I had a double room, which was roomy and clean. There was a hot breakfast that was good. The staff and front desk manager Lisa was help, friendly, and made you feel welcomed. At night there was baked cookies, coffee, and tea at check in. It has a hot tub and pool but not accessible due to it being remodel. I will definitely have to return to check it out the finish remodel. Overall a great stay. Wish I could have stayed longer. "

"I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms, there was trash from previous occupants, toilets had pee on the side of them, there was a used sparkler on the floor. Additionally, there was an event at the space next door so parking was abysmal. Staff was friendly though!"

"The property is a little dated but you can tell they are trying their best to up grade and improve things. My room was very clean, no bugs nothing to complain about.. nothing fancy but if you would like a clean decent place to sleep here I go. It was peaceful at night as well, they have a breakfast in the am but I didn’t go so I can’t say anything about it, they have a few vending machines that have a very good variety and even a few personal hygiene things in them too. It came in handy when I forgot my razor, lol. Now I will tell you that, you probably will smell weed smell but I never smelled cigarettes… pricing I felt was great. I stayed two nights and they let me check in early for 160.00 that was with tax and the tip I left… there are plenty of food spots within walking distance and Walmart is about a 30 min walk if u feel up to it. I noticed a lot of us truck drivers stayed there… so it’s not like some people tell u it’s a long term living hotel for people, not saying they are not there but I never seen any as I stated 75% of the people were truck drivers.. so overall B++++ and yes I would stay there again if I am in the area laid over… thank Elk Grove, Illinois and not the Ohare location this is the motel 6 on 1000 west Devon in Elk Grove.. there are two in close proximity of each other please don’t get them confused… "
