"No hot water to shower no notice was given night before as it was mentioned by other travelers. Pool, hot tub closed due to lack of chemicals, informed at check in. AC was noisy, morning staff lacked empathy for customers. Requested full refund was told to send email to manager, best staff could do was 20%. BEST to Stay clear of this place!"

"Horrific experience check in and check out drugs deals in the parking lot I traveled with my property and staff rude staff member yelling at customers with children present when check no information given about breakfast or fees or deposits when asked if there was easier way to the room was told only through front when they are side doors ., not handicap accessible overall this place needs to be shut down can’t believe Expedia would even do business which such a place .. it’s like rehab housing "
