"I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at La Posada Hotel in Winslow, AZ. The property is steeped in history, and every corner feels thoughtfully designed with an homage to its railroad roots and Route 66 past. While a lot of lodging options along this stretch of Route 66 can come across as more “eclectic creepy,” La Posada strikes a completely different tone - eclectic, but genuinely charming in the best way. The decor is elaborate without feeling overdone, and the whole place has a warm, nostalgic character that makes it stand out. If you’re passing through Winslow, a stay here is a must!"

"The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the room was a nice size and quiet. The negatives were the pillows were small, the sheets were rough, the water pressure in the bathroom was low. We did have a wet spot in the carpet near the a/c unit."

"I had traveled 10 hours. Said they were pet friendly when I booked the room in advance. I show up with my cat, exhausted, and was turned away because they don't accept cats? What? Tbh the hotel was kind of old and dirty looking anyway."
