"Staff was extremely courteous from the moment we checked in, they offered me and my partner a room upgrade and a complementary glass of wine. Then, our room had a personalized anniversary card and a small charcuterie tray. It was a beautiful touch. At check out, we asked to store our luggage while we went to grab breakfast. The staff member then very graciously came by to pick up our bags. Valet parking was challenging initially but this can also be attributed to a busy weekend plus rain. When picking up our car the next day, they acknowledged there was an issue during our arrival and they very extremely nice to comp the overnight rate. Besides that, I truly enjoyed the balcony and fireplace!"
