"Beautiful resort. Parking can be difficult, recommend a small car with good brakes (steep hill). Pool is lovely. Morning yoga was relaxing. "

The other hotel we ended up staying at did not have the fruitflies, air conditioning was quiet and bed was comfy. Staff was great and helpful though. Was able to refund my remaining stay and parking. "Beautiful Hotel and accomodations. So much within walking distance to see, do, and shop. The only thing i could complain about would be the ridiculous fees for parking, but that is with most hotels in this area."

"We had three people in the room. When we arrived the sofa bed was not made. When asked about it they said we would have to make the bed ourselves. I asked twice for another blanket. After one-half hour I had to hunt down a room service person and went with her to get a blanket"

"We enjoyed the approximity to the ocean and the beautiful view. The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay"

"The food was extraordianry and the grounds beautiful. Unfortunately flooding and rain had taken pout the AC. So we cut our stay short. They were very accommodation and I would recommend. "

"The property is well located, and the staff is generally willing to help as much as they can. About a week before my stay, I received a message from the hotel informing me that they would be working on the balconies. Unfortunately, the noise made it difficult to rest, and with workers both outside and inside the balconies, there was no privacy. I had to keep the curtains closed the entire time, so I couldn’t even enjoy the view."

"First half of our trip we faced away from the beach, but it was still a great view. The second half of the trip we had a partial beach view but we still were able to watch the sunset."

"Free parking & the pool area are highlights. The convenience store & restaurants are also pluses, along with proximity to the airport with a free shuttle. The staff are always pleasant & helpful. This stay, the room seemed less clean than usual unfortunately. "

"ちょっとしたアクシデントは有ったもののさすがハレクラニや帝国ホテル系列のホテルです。一番優れているのはスタッフの素晴らしさと言えます。 こちらの前に他で2泊しましたが、ハード面は良かったのですが、スタッフに差がありです！ 価格の高騰と円安でハレクラニは無理なので、又ハレプナにしたいと思います。"
