"The rooms are very clean and staff leaves chocolate everyday. Lots of gear available to rent and are many places to snorkel and boogie board close by. The pool is never freezing cold and the hot tub is amazing."

"This was a perfect place to stay. You walk out the sliding glass doors and are in paradise. It is a short walk to the beach where you have umbrellas and chairs to use. The snorkeling at the bay was unbeatable. We took a trip to Hanauma Bay to snorkel and saw less than we did snorkeling at the villa’s bay. I will never stay anywhere else. Totally worth the money to stay here. "

"Room was clean and bedding comfortable. Staff was always helpful. Breakfast was mediocre: powdered eggs, sausage not the healthiest, muffins store bought not fresh. Overall not the best. Location next to freeway; could hear traffic noise but that’s what happens when you are at an airport hotel. TV was the worse with no cable unless you cast your own device; instructions were a little confusing."

"Our check-in experience was extremely disappointing. We arrived at 4 p.m., the hotel's published check-in time, after a long flight with five children. We had reserved two rooms nearly a month in advance, yet they were not ready upon arrival. We ended up waiting until almost 9 p.m. before our rooms were finally available. The front desk took our luggage and stored it for us while we waited, and once our rooms were assigned, they delivered our luggage directly to the rooms, which we appreciated....

"Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold."

"There were not enough elevators operating at the same time. It would take several stops, on different floors, from 18th floor to get to the lobby. A bit annoying. There were sometimes 14 people in one elevator."

"Only thing I would change would be more flexible check out times. I completely understand that they have to get rooms clean and ready for new guests, but I’ve been to lots of other hotels in touristy destinations before where check out times became flexible on account of flight times.
