So glad we arranged the airport shuttle to pick us up when we arrived in London. The driver texted me to let us know he was at the airport. He was holding a sign with our names so we quickly identified him. The drive to the hotel was stress free.

There were numerous maintenance issues in the room - broken faucetS (plural), shower door did not close, towel hook was missing, fridge did not work, issues with the TV. Bathroom was DIRTY. Toilet had not been cleaned. There was mold in the shower. We booked for 3 people (and were charged for 3 people) ...
