"Firstly, great location. Perfect for visiting Hammersmith. The beds themselves were fine. However, one toilet was blocked and overflowed. I reported this twice to the receptionist who did absolutely nothing. Toilet water all over the floor of the bathroom. Was also incredibly hot at night during the heatwave."

"Unerwartete getrennte Gebäude, denn die 4 bis 8 Bettzimmer befinden sich 2 Straßen weiter. Eines der Gebäude verfügt weder über eine Küche noch über einen Gemeinschaftsraum. Zum Duschen oder auf die Toilette muss man in verschiedene Etagen gehen, und die Betten haben leider keine Vorhänge oder Ähnliches."

"The room was clean as well as the linens. The mattress was kind of cheap, maybe 3 inches thick. You could sleep but it was somewhat uncomfortable. Reminded me of the cots when I was a counselor at a summer camp. There was cracks in the brick walls, the rooms had some spackal but wasn't painted. Bathrooms with showers were always flooded with water so there must had been leaks from the shower. I loved the staff. There were very kind and helped me get around the city. Good food!!"
