We had a great stay here! The property was clean and had everything we needed (hoover, toaster, cutlery etc). It was nice and warm too. Very comfortable bed (no footboard so great for taller guests too). Very pleasant and helpful staff at reception and easy to check in/out. Location is great - walkable into the village, with safe parking outside the property. There is a bar next to the site and I was worried about the noise but we couldn't hear a thing from inside the property so had a great, peaceful weekend. Thank you! We will be back :)

50th birthday celebration
I rang the day before to see if we could come early as we were celebrating a birthday and they said yes . On arrival they had put a birthday card and bucks fizz in the apprtment. They were so helpfull and kind x

Loved our stay. Great access to all local activities, plenty of parking and facilities on site are great compared to other local providers. Only issue was there were some loose tiles on the bathroom floor and the extractor fan was useless, which left the bathroom very hot and humid all night

Newley renovated 2 bedroom appartment in great condition. Very comfortable. Facilities were great and amazing location. Will definitely go back and perfect for a family for a few days stay

We love it here!
We love it here! Stayed last year & we decided to return again for 2021. We aren’t usually the type to go to the same place twice however we love the lakes, with Windermere being a stunning little area. And we find The apartments here give you more freedom than other accommodation in the area. They are great set out apartments with multiple bedrooms & are fully kitted out with kitchen, dining, living area etc. The decor is a little outdated & they look a little tired. And I could smell that dogs had been in the apartment previously with some pet hair still in the carpet. So maybe they could work on that but this is not a deal breaker for us and we will be back again. The staff are very friendly and helped with all enquiries. Check in was very easy & they got us in early. Thank you for another great stay & Can’t wait to visit again!

Apartment is well located just minutes from the lake - we had stayed at the hotel previously which is is very good….however the one bed apartments are not of the same standard. Upon arrival the room and notably bed sheets were dirty - we immediately complained and this was quickly corrected but this certainly spoiled what was only a 2 day stay.

Amazing place to stay
The accommodation is well located, very close to the lake, with marina, shops, restaurants, pups, and little supermarkets around. The apartment got everything we needed, very clean, and very modern too, with parking in front of your accommodation. Dogs are allowed with a small fee for the stay. We went with kids, and we all had a great time. We definitely go back again

Happy stay at Hapimag
On arrival the check in staff were very welcoming and helpful. The apartmenthad been meticulously clean....clearly Covid aware. The apartment was lovely and porbably better than described. An easy 10 minute walk in to town for great restaurants, bars, shops and sightseeing.

Loved it here & love the lakes!! Great Apartment.
Loved it here & love the lakes!! We were surprised with the apartment as there was only 2 of us & a baby and the apartment could sleep 6. The layout was brilliant & the kitchen facilities are great. Slightly outdated decor, which with a spruce up it would take the apartment to the next level. Overall brilliant! Would happily visit again. & we will definitely be back at the lakes soon!!

Very clean and well maintained property, beautifully maintained public areas, friendly and helpful reception staff. Its nicely located within walking distance to the shops, bars and restaurants. We had a great week staying here and wouldn't hesitate to book an apartment again.

Highly recommended
We had a lovely 2 night stay here, the apartment was clean and perfect for what we needed, including bringing our dog with us. The location is fantastic just a short walk into Bowness. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back.

Property was up to date. Modern bathroom and kitchen. All very clean and comfortable. Lovely layout. Great amenities- children’s play area, fantastic pool and changing facilities. Lovely location, convenient location. Couple of minutes walk to Lake Windermere and village centre. We had a wonderful stay with two children.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Really beautiful apartment and lovely and clean. Great location for the town centre to get food and eat out. Walking distance to the lake. Lovely spa and swimming pool facility. Yes it is not apart of the apartment but it’s literally a stone throw of a walk and it’s worth it. Great arrangement. Overall brilliant time away wish we could have stayed longer. Will be coming back with my whole family next time!

Excellent accommodation, pub and service. We booked it also for the nice pool and spa which we have used before with the burnside hotel. Unfortunately it was let down by the hot water showers not working for several days which meant we could not use the pool on the last day after checkout. When we asked they said the pool was run separately alluding to not be their responsibility but it is sold as part of the accommodation package.

Great facilities. Great location.
Excellent facilities, shared with the hotel, mean that you have all the advantages of a hotel and an apartment. The location is excellent, quiet and a two minute walk into Bowness. Excellent, all in all.

Comfortable apartment within easy walk of centre.

Unacceptable services.
Insisting that we check out at 10 am is unreasonable; not accommodating request to check out one hour later is totally unacceptable. Hidden costs everywhere. WiFi was bad too.

Thank you for your review, I am sorry you feel that check out at 10am is unreasonable, but as we have 46 cottages to clean on a Saturday we cannnot have late checkouts. The owners of the cottages stipualte the check in and check out time so we stick to the rules. It is written on the website, on the confirmation, it is given on check in with your arrival pack, so you would have known the checkout was 10am before you arrived. With regards to extra costs, I am not sure what hidden costs you mean as the only extra costs you could have are telephone calls, wine, beer, snacks and newspapers etc if you purchase them which your mother in law had a newspaper and a bottle of wine. Quiet and cozy place at Lake District
Our family of four people stayed in this property for a four nights vacation in Lake District. We had a wonderful time! This place is quiet and comfortable, very convenient to tour Windermere on foot. The staffs are very pleasant, check in and check out are easy and quick.

Good base to explore the Lake District
Easy to find, great staff. Room a bit cramped, but comfortable. Easy walk to Wyndemere town center. Check-in/out painless. We stayed in November when it was a bit chilly. The hotel turns the power off to the heating during the day - so the only heat in the room is the stove. A daft money saving policy since it dissuades people who feel the cold (my wife, 75% of women and retirees).

I am a little concerned that you suffered the cold in your cottage, as you can override the heating so that it comes on during the day by following the instructions on the thermostat in each room and in the instructions folder in your kitchen. We would have gladly helped and shown you how do this is if you had asked. I hope that next time you come we will be able to show you how to override the heating so that you can stay warm.

部屋は広く、自炊に必要な設備、調理具、タオル・シャンプーなどがすべて備わっており、快適に過ごせました。スタッフの対応が素晴らしく、ホテル周辺のショップやレストラン、お勧めのウォーキングルートなどを丁寧に教えてくれました。チェックイン前後の荷物の預りなどにも丁寧に対応してくれました。スパ・プールを無料で利用できたのもGood pointです。機会があれば、もう一度泊まりたいと思います。
