"Great location for the Lakes as almost central. Quiet but near good roads! Lovely grounds well kept Staff very good Room as always spotless. Again a big thank you to the ladies who do the cleaning-Thank you!! Restaurant is ok but can be a bit hit and miss. Had a great lamb dish on one night and a poor undercooked fish and chips on another! BUT. Breakfast is very good. Plenty on offer and the cooked offering excellent. good service. Parking easy Have used this hotel many times and it's excellent value for money and will use it again any time"

Only the inside pool is included so you have to pay £60 for 2 hours in the evening to use the whole spa. I feel like one spa session should be included when paying for club level."
