"Great place to stay in The Lakes. Chris and Robyn are lovely hosts. Breakfast choice is nice and freshly cooked. Room was very nice. Nice residents lounge. Free parking. Easy walk into Bowness for the shops, bars, pubs and restaurants. Great base to explore the beautiful Lake District. Would happily stay here again."

"5月に同宿に宿泊したらしき日本人の手書きのThanksメッセージがダイニングに飾られていました。もし、自分だったらと思うとかなり恥ずかしい状態でした。晩御飯を部屋で食べてもいいのですが、暖かい食べ物の持ち込み禁止とのことでした。詳しく聞いてみましたが、フィッシュ&チップスやピザのテイクアウトは部屋に匂いが残るからとのことです。お陰でずっとスーパーのサンドイッチを食べていましたが、ポットがあったので、粉スープでも持っていけば良かったです。"
