"Great stay! The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location was excellent close to the River Walk, making it easy to walk to restaurants and attractions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"You cannot beat the price and location of this hotel . Literally steps from the Alamo and a 3 minute walk to the river walk. If you love Texas history this hotel is a must. Rooms are older but clean and spacious . If your looking for new updated rooms this hotel isn't it, but if your lookout a hotel with history , character, great staff and location and don't mind a little bit of an older room this hotel is unmatched!"

"I would describe this location as a budget location. The lobby was nice and new and updated. The rest of the areas we stayed in were not. Soap dispensers in the room were falling off the walls, the hallways had a lot of obvious wear and tear and appears to be outdated. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The gym was useless as the treadmill and some of the machines were broken. If your looking for budget type place it is fine. Location was decent and within a decent walking distance to downtown tourist areas."

"So every odd floor has a working ice machine, not every floor… my room 1214 was okay for the rate I paid for. The bathroom door on the interior bottom looked like it had some scratches since this a pet friendly hotel could be someone animal was bitting away at the door. Other than that breakfast was okay, pretty similar to what other continental breakfast offered at other budget friendly hotels. They have private parking on site and valet but not free but they do allow in and out just ask the front desk for some extra passes. Pretty close walk to the river walk center & Alamo. The last thing to mention the water pressure is not the best could use some upgrade to that comes out good enough just not strong enough."
