"The location is great. The insulation is very poor, i could hear the neighbours room the noise from the TV. The mattress is terrible, needs replacing as it was a little lumpy and bump so I couldn't get a good night's sleep for 3 days. The room was ok, the bathroom was very small just enough room for a shower and a toilet. It is walkable distance to the main historical area, the defence walls, the beautifu houses and the pubs on Spice Island so that was a bonus."

"Hotel in the centre of Andover. On site parking can be limited. Spacious room with good amenities. May be slightly dated and access was via narrow corridors up and down a selection of stairs so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, but it is a character building.Comfy bed, great shower and really fast wifi. Great restaurant serving a good selection of meals. Breakfast was only served from 8am so after I had to leave each morning."

"All staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Whole process of check-in and checkout very easy and seamless. Bed was very comfortable and shower was lovely, breakfast was nice with many options. Enjoyed our stay."

"Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Southampton. Close to cruise terminal. Extremely friendly staff, especially Bridget, the hotel manager, and Jack! Great history with this building regarding the Titanic. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Southampton!"

"I was literally 6 minutes away from the cathedral and the main shopping. The hotel was very quaint. Breakfast was excellent as was the staff. I wish I had had time to use the enormous tub!"

"If you use a wheelchair make sure you state this when booking. Accessible suites are only available on the 2nd floor and the lift does not go to the third floor. We were on the third so we had some steps to use and drag the chair up. An access ramp is at the side of the building but, if you cannot do stairs, you have to wheel through the outside bar patio in the front, into the back of the bar, through the restaurant and out into the lobby. "The room was a good size with usual tea/coffee facilities along woth bottled water and a mini fridge. Very clean except for a few cobwebs in the window. The beds were comfotable and the room was quiet. We had a drink in the garden at the back which was a very good size with plenty of shade. Free parking too. Will definitely book again."
