"I had high hopes for this site but was disappointed. They only appear to freshen up the room on their schedule, placard was ignored. Had to request towels a few times and all they had was crappy pool towels. Pool wasn’t maintained with sand and dirt in the bottom. Moldy caulk around the tub, peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. "The humidity in the hotel was insane. We couldn’t sleep as the sheets were damp, the toilet paper was wet and it was just a miserable stay. The manager said they were aware of the issue but it seems ownership doesn’t care as they have placed humidifiers in the hallways which did absolutely nothing. The manager did the best she could as she gave us a refund but until this issue is fixed we will not be staying here again and we have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times."

"Comfortable hotel but difficult to get into due to 10 steps up to get to main entrance in either front or back of hotel. Tough for seniors and definitely not for handicapped. They do offer a decent breakfast that is included with room fee. Much cheaper to book with hotel than any booking site. Close to freeway exit with many fast food or restaurants nearby."
