We checked in, poor reception from the staff on duty. Went to our room. Was freezimg cold in the room, and the room smelt damp and mouldy. We tried to log into the free wifi that we were assured was operational, it did not work.
Went to voice our concerns to reception. We were told she didnt not know how to fix the issue of the wifi internet and when we asked for her to contact her manager or a internet technician we were told no it would have to wait till the next day. We asked for help to show us how to activate the heating, we were told she couldnt leave the reception area unattended so couldnt help us. Raised concern about the smell of mould and asked for another room as our son is asthematic, was told no. Went back to our room, then came back to ask for a refund so we could leave and find somewhere else short notice. Came to a reception area shut up and no one present, but with a note on the reception saying temporarily shut. Rude service and no consideration or respect for guests
