Overall Hotel is good, staff is friendly and rooms are clean, the only problem I see is staff will not be available after 10pm, so if somthing went wrong (lost key or not working etc) then you need wait for the next day morning to resolve the, no point of contact during emergency times.

Beware of reception closing early
We have booked our stay with hotels.com on the way to a family funeral. We were hold in traffic and arrived around 11pm just to find hotel completely closed, no one answering the phone (btw the number on my reservation email was a private number of unhelpful staff member). Very annoyed as we were travelling for good 16 hours (including Channel crossing), tired, stressed and mourning. Last thing i wanted was looking for alternative accomodation, especially after as already paid for our rooms. It never crossed my mind that hotel on motorway services might not have 24/7 reception. AVOID IF YOU CAN'T BE SURE YOU WILL ARRIVE EARLY!!!

Zimmer sind für ein zwei Nächte ok und auch ruhig! Zimmer war sauber, jedoch das Bad leider mit Resten vom Gast davor:/ Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich!

"Rund um die Uhr" heisst, dass man rund um die Uhr die Rezeption offen findet, und man früh morgens frühstücken kann. So war es früher (ich habe schon oft in diesem Automotel übernachtet). Ich wollte gegen 6 h 30 wegfahren, davor noch essen. Um 6 Uhr früh die Rezeption war zu, 6 h 15 genauso. So ich musste mit einem Unweg im Restaurant der Tankstelle essen. Früher war eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer, als Begrüssungsgatraenk - jetzt nicht mehr. Also dieser Aufenhalt war eine Enttaeuschung für mich.

Am Wochenende ist ganz schrecklich Fahrt Keine Verkehrsmittel ´habe ich zwei Nachte gebucht ´und habe ich leider nur ein verbracht weil keine Bus in der Naher fahrt am Wochenende

Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Im Zimmer müsste dringend die Heizung entlüftet werden, das sie ununterbrochen Geräusche macht. Keine Seife am Waschbecken.

Hotel con problemas de agua caliente, sin aire acondicionado, con telas de araña, sin cortinas tupidas para tapar la luz en las mañanas. Camas excesivamente blandas.
