"The staff was friendly. The pool was a decent size and relaxing. Room was nice but I think they could afford some new lampshades and there needs to be outlets to plug your phone in by the bed"

"Grounds were beautifully maintained. Enjoyed the mum arch! Room was nice with lovely view. Balcony could have used a sweeping as there were cobwebs and bugs in them. Floor in dressing area was sticky (perhaps from cleaner used to mop the floor)? Nice and quiet atmosphere."

"Quiet - great for a one night stay. The staff at check in, breakfast, check out were amazing. If you are going to the Hall of Fame, First Ladies Historic Museum or McKinley Museum, this is a great place to stay."

"Our room had easy access, and was very, very clean and quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We parked just outside our door, and it was very convenient for us. We will be staying there the next time we visit. We had previously stayed another motel, but we liked this one much better."

"Walked in to check in , smelled clean. Check in was fast and easy. Drove around went in and walked up to 2nd floor. When opened the door the hallway smelled clean like downy. Room was clean and bed was extremely comfy. Very quiet."

"My room was clean, and comfortable. The blackout curtains worked perfectly,(room stayed very dark all night 😃). The only issue I ran into was the shower; there was seemingly no way to activate the shower head and the bath tub was extremely flimsily. I weigh 150 lbs. and the bottom of the tub would collapse under my feet. Upon checking out, I informed the front desk of the issue. He immediately pulled out a replica of the tub faucet and showed me how it worked. Not being a frequent traveler this was not an intuitive process. I accepted my ignorance of this process and let it go. BTW, the water was nice and hot! All,in all, I would stay again."

"It is a beautiful hotel. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant is great. Our disappointment was in the room for the large price we paid. The room was much smaller than others. It did not have a microwave or fridge. The shower was dangerously small and extremely slippery. No hand rails at all. ( has towel racks on glass door but can’t use as a hand rails or it would break the door) The slippery fiberglass floor in the shower had no ridges or protective grooves. Very easy to fall. I know from experience. But beautiful setting and wonderful staff."
