We were very disappointed in our room (937) for what we paid for the room. Our tv kept turning off took forever for it to come back on. The room was not clean at all, the mirror in bathroom , the bathtub, the floors. The toilet seat was loose when sitting on it , felt like it was rocking.

ARRIVE Wilmington
This place is a hidden gem. Clean rooms, off-street parking (although for extra $$$), and a super cool little courtyard with a cabana bar, outdoor fireplaces, and corn hole boards.

We had to wait until 8pm to check in. They gave us “free Breakfast” which was not free. It was a voucher for $20 for 2 people. A very convenient location right along the River walk. The property is a little dated but functional, comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
