"I was given a room on the second floor. I had a suitcase and sciatica in my back/legs and asked for the elevator. I was told there are no elevators. When I told them my situation, they had to make a lengthy 5-min call to somewhere to change my room to one on the ground floor. No chairs in the lobby. No where to sit. "The room did not meet my expectations and the price I pay. The blanket and bed sheets felt very itchy and uncomfortable. I did not sleep well during my stay. I requested the cleaning staff to replace the blanket/sheets otherwise the room was not cleaned unless I asked . The bathroom was old and run down and need a major of maintenance. Overall, the condition of the room and what I pay did not meet for the high rating. This was overpriced and disappointed."
