"Stayed here many of times. Hands down worst experience. Towels were dirty upon arrival. They only provided 1 towel so had to call for more to be sent up. Missed our room for house cleaning until we had to ask and call down. Then on the last night (Sunday mind you) at 2 am our wall was vibrating from neighbor bumping music. Called security and security shows up to our door knocking instead of the person playing music. 😂 Lastly we had a lot of hidden charges that were not clearly defined when...

"Overall, we had a good stay at the Freehand Chicago. The location was convenient, and despite being in a busy area, we slept peacefully throughout the night. The hotel was also accommodating in holding our luggage after checkout since we had a later flight, which we appreciated. That said, there were several areas that could be improved. We requested extra towels and asked for our body soap dispenser to be refilled, but neither request was fulfilled during our stay. Customer service was hit or...

"We went for NRA. The NRA bus stop was really close. They gave us water every day. Excellent room. Not enough queen rooms, so you have to book in advance."

"This is the second and the last time I stay at the Palmer. I like the proximity to certain landmarks and the beds were comfy but other than that, the bathroom wasn't clean, there was a lot of hair in the tub, the shower faucet handle was filled with black scum on the inside. There was also a piece undone metal on the bottom of the vanity that scraped my kid's foot. There was no complimentary coffee/tea which added to the disappointment. I was too tired to ask for a different room with 2 kids...
