"Staff were great. This is an older hotel that was very busy with families. Reasonably priced with good food options if traveling with kids. Personally I would not stay here again."

"It was a very clean and safe feeling hotel. I didn’t like that a big truck parked along the handicap parking so no one could get in nor out. Luckily I did find parking close enough. The lady that checked me in was super quiet and took a personal call on the work phone and put me on hold while talking. However the front desk agent in the morning was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing! My kids especially enjoyed the waffle bar."

"There is a parking ramp right next to it, so your car isn’t out in the open and there is plenty of parking. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They have a wider variety of food for breakfast. We left for home before 6:00 and the gal at the restaurant asked if we wanted any breakfast even though it officially didn’t start until 6:30. The rooms were quiet too."

"Horrible breakfast experience. The two women serving during breakfast were not welcoming at all and displayed very rude behavior. The tables were not cleaned properly, which made the experience even more disappointing. On the other hand, the gentleman working there was excellent—he greeted guests warmly, explained everything clearly, and provided great service. "The Cheshire is an interesting experience. It is definitely one-of-a-kind. The problem is that the rooms are outdated. The a/c in my room was very loud. The ceiling tiles were dirty. The walls are very thin and I could hear everything the neighbor was saying. The pool is nice but is loud if your room faces it. Parking is convenience. Breakfast is average hotel continental breakfast - nothing special. The pub is cool. The place needs a refresh and an update, which can be accomplished while...

"The night manager was aloof and annoyed by our questions. The breakfast experience at Eclipse was horrible (room temperature bad coffee and botched our order with NOBODY else in the entire restaurant). That said, the room was great as was the rooftop bar."

"The facility charges for everything. Including water and parking, even though there is plenty of parking space outside in their open parking lot. They do not provide complimentary water upon you checking in. The staff are demonstrating behavior like those running a night shift at a remote gas station. Their breakfast options are horrible."

We drove to area restaurants and stores and found them easily accessible without using the Interstate. The hotel was quiet and well kept, and the staff took care of our rather minor needs."
