"No hot water in morning. No restaurant or bar in hotel, patio door lock busted very thin walls even tho was not completely booked they seem to put parties next to my room. Upon arrival asked front desk if area was safe she answered don’t go out after dark"

"The hotel doesn’t clean their rooms aside from every 3 days unless you request otherwise. Absolutely disgusting to expect a person to stay in a hotel room for 3 days with no cleaning being done. No new towels unless you ask, no garbage picked up or new garbage bags. Absolutely disgusting on the owners part for not staffing them to be able to simply clean. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were great and understanding about the frustrations but regardless allowing a family...
