"The room was super dirty and there were bugs on the floor under table and looked like blood spots on the sheets from possible bed bugs, sheets weren’t put on the bed correctly chips and dirt on the floor and in corners and everywhere didn’t feel clean at all to the point we didn’t unpack we just ordered a new room and left. Would not book again or recommended to anyone else"

"It was private and quiet except for the subway going by outside. Since there is no front desk you get the entrance codes from an off site office. It took an hour of back and forth to get the codes. They kept sending dead links. The same at checkout. The floors needed cleaning. The bed was supposed to be a queen, it wasn’t. Or if it was it was the smallest queen ever. "The room is decorated in simplistic style. So even though there is a full kitchen, there was no dish detergent or dish sponges. There was also no pots or pans even though there is a stove top.
The bathroom has lots of safety railings, but no space for personal toiletries or hooks for robes or pajamas."

"It did not look like a hotel. It looked like a business that was closed for the day - only small signs. Our Uber driver was concerned we were not at the right place. We had to peer in and try the front door. It worked out ok, but it was a strange start. There was no parking or food although I knew about that. The location was excellent. Everything was very close. The room also was unusual."
