"The facilities were in very good condition, with the exception of some of the accessories for using the game facilities as the pool cues were not in good shape and the table was a bit off balance. "This resort is for Honeymooners or really elderly ppl. The rooms are the only selling point. The inroom pool and tub are a very nice touch. There is no nightly entertainment after dinner everyone has no options but to go back to room. The bar closes at 10pm. The 2 bartenders Charles and Kandra were friendly. The Waitress Ivanna and the girl that does not wear a name tag had a attitude non attentive.Asking for water falls on deaf ears. There is only 1 restaurant so if thats the ONLY fops option...

My only complaint is that there were constant shortages of food and alcohol, in all bars and all restaurants on the property (example mojito ingredients were rarely available and desserts/mains not available on menus at speciality restaurants. I have addressed this issue with guest services for hopes of improvement."
