"You could never tire of the glorious view from this place. The staff are smiley, lovely and welcoming, everything is very relaxed. Perfect breakfast served every day which is a blessing and nice touches like a water dispenser available. It's in a fantastically handy location, you can walk to English Harbour & the dockyard. Don't come expecting 'perfection' as it does need some renovations, but it has oodles of Caribbean charm, a nice pool to cool off in and a bar for sundowners. We'd definitely...

"Our spacious villa was beautiful and our host, Jackie, was outstanding! We were delayed on our flight and she had a warm meal awaiting our arrival. The property is clean and very well maintained and very quiet! Highly recommend! Please note there are multiple sets of stairs for those with large, heavy suitcases or mobility concerns."

"Good points: Great location with bars and restaurants along the road. Loved being able to get the free boat to the main restaurant in the morning, and the ride to the beach. Service was fab. View from the room was lovely, perfect to watch the comings and goings of the boats. A particular highlight of my stay was a fantastic massage - well worth the extra cost. Not so good points: As is the nature of the hotel, it's all a little dated, with features needing an update. Little things in the room...

"Absolutely recommended. The hotel is located at a beautiful historical building in English Harbor. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The premise has a lot to offer including a beatiful historical harbor and great seafood dinner on Friday evening. I am happy to spend my birthday at such nice hotel and in the beautiful island of Antigua!"

"We spent one night at the property before boarding a boat. The property was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The mother and son who run the property were very friendly and helpful and the pizza we had at the restaurant was delicious. Although there is no pool. there is access to a beach with chairs right next to the property and there is a full service restaurant and bar at the hotel. "

"Beautiful historic sugar plantation; only 7 large rooms. Walking distance to Dickinson bay; although big hill on return had us pay $10 for a taxi. Good restaurant on site. Great for an over night close to restaurant. Staff was great!!"

"Our Villa was excellent and so was the property! We loved the spacious outdoor patio with great beach views and immediate access to the beach. Only small drawback was noticeable music from the nearby Sandals resort but at least it was finished by 9:30 pm (and this only occurred one or two evenings. We would definitely like to return again!
