Location is good. It is near a Bob Evans Restaurant which is very nice place to eat breakfast. Rooms were not as clean as in the past, but it looks like housekeepers on one side of the hotel complex do a better job cleaning than the other side. I switched rooms, that is how I know.

Just ok with extra charge for prepayment

The room is your standard room. You can tell it’s been refurbished. Surprisingly, the bed was comfortable. The toilet wobbled and the bathroom door showed where a kid did their doodling. For an older motel, it was relatively quiet. There was a pool, but was closed for the season. To get ice, we had to go across the courtyard as the closest machine wasn’t working. Overall, it was ok. As for the check-in, it was awful. I prepaid in full and I was informed that a surcharge for prepaying. What?? I never heard of such a thing. Absured!

Good value

This property offers a good value for your money. We have stayed here twice and the room was clean and comfortable both times. I would recommend it for a one-night stay in the area. If staying longer, just know that the rooms are pretty dark.

The staff here was wonderful, and the hotel was better than expected! Bathroom was a little outdated, but we had a wonderful stay. Diamond in the rough! Would stay again for sure!!

A lovely oasis that we stumbled upon while travelling through Pennsylvania. The room was clean and well appointed and the staff was welcoming and friendly. The grounds and pool were immaculately kept. Best of all was the big comfy bed! We had a great nights sleep. Wish we could have stayed longer!
