"Our room was clean, but did have a slight smell to it. The staff was very helpful and they had the breakfast set up earlier than scheduled. Only problem I was the air conditioner, couldn’t get it to cool."
"We had a great time!! Golf, the Spa, The Mill for breakfast and James Landing Grill (Jasmin our server was the BEST) were all great. We had 3 massages and a facial and they were all excellent. Only criticism I can give is when checking in, the girl checking us in seemed lost. I asked a few questions and she didn’t know. She went to find us the answer and could not give us an answer. She told us about same at James Landing but couldn’t tell us what time. We purchased our room and then golf. We didn’t realize that you had the Stay and Play. She knew nothing about it and couldn’t get us an answer to see if we could turn our room and golf into the Stay and Play. Her response was to go to the golf shop and ask them. I would think that would be done by the front desk. We were disappointed that we didn’t see the Stay and Play option on your website so we booked thru Expedia. Once we found it, it was past the cancelled time. Next time we come back we will be sure to book the Stay and Play because we spent a lot more money paying for the room, golf, breakfast and the spa separately"
Hilton Vacation Club The Historic Powhatan Williamsburg
10/10 Excellent
"Second time staying here and honestly I love it. Super clean and the priority they give the customers is outstanding. We had family
come from different states and this was perfect because everyone had enough space and it was very family friendly. The scenery is beautiful and close to so many stores. I would recommend to stay here for any occasion!"
"Breakfast buffet was ok. Had the basics. Carpet in room and hallway needs a little love. Stayed in the sweet. Corner jetted tup was a life saver and the room was spacious. Front desk personnel were kind and helpful"
Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel & Suites, an official Colonial Williamsburg Hotel
8/10 Good
"Really enjoyed our stay. Very nice, comfortable and spacious room, especially for the price. Only negative was breakfast the first morning - it was a zoo! No place to sit and staff kept running out of food and coffee.
Did notice a lack of coordination of information between staff and information center - there were a few times when we received conflicting information. But overall a really great place to stay and we would stay there again if we ever return to the area."
