"Pam at the front desk was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She referred to the housekeeping staff as “my girls” which let me know this property and their staff operate as a TEAM and I love that. The man working night shift with the Locs (I did not catch his name) was very friendly as well. The only drawback was the bathroom , it was very small in the unit we had and the water was pooling (not draining fast ) in the bathtub . This property is in a great area, in proximity to the mall. "

"Repairs due to a lack of finishing work, need to be done in areas. There was a hole in the wall where a door stop should be, to keep the door handle from making a hole. The shower door is a weird set up, where you cannot reach to turn on the shower before stepping in. The iron did not hold water and leaked all over after adding water. People loitering out in the parking area and by entrance is not a good first impression. Not bad….but needs to be a lot better to get more stars. "

"The breakfast was amazing!! The only complaint was that the pool was green and gross. But the hotel staff was great and everything in the gym was brand new!!!"

"Minor issues, there was a gap under the door, that if there had been any rain or if this would've been a fall trip, would have caused water or debris to come in under the door. Very limited channels on the television in the room. Toilet paper holder was broken, as well as the towels being extremely old, to the point of in need of replacement. Overall, a good place to sleep and rest."

"Property is old but clean. Had one mishap with our pull out sofa being left dirty from prior guests...called to the front desk and was told there was only one person working that night and that I could come get clean linens. Problem was rectified I suppose but considering there were someone's fake nails in the bed...expected a little more. "
