"Overall, we enjoyed our one night at Sedona Pines. Check in went smoothly until the agent said I needed to wait for a parking pass. I thought this was odd, as I had just provided her with information on my vehicle. There was also another guest waiting for a pass. I then asked who would be giving me the parking pass, and she pointed to a sales representative who was mid-presentation trying to sell a timeshare to yet another guest, and said the sales rep would be providing it. "Split level was fine with short stairs between levels, separating the rooms on opposite sides of the house. Missing soap and shampoo racks or trays in the showers, kitchen missing pizza cutter and a bit short on servings for 8, only 6 of plates and cups. Coffee maker good for 4 persons, not 6-8."
