"Apartment was clean and short walk from train. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not too far from downtown Boston. Check in/check out process was very easy and convenient. If I ever find myself back in Boston, I’ll definitely see if this one is available. "

"Everything was immaculately clean and well organized, check-in process had several steps but was automated and easy. Loved the location, short walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy, and subway. "

"Sheets had stains on them and found bedbugs on BOTH beds as soon as I arrived. There was also not any toilet paper and the room was incredibly small considering how much they charge for it. The two beds barely fit and all there is left is a space in between the beds for you to place your stuff. There isn't even a trashcan inside the room, so you would need to either go down the stairs and go outside and throw your trash away or use the small trashcan in the bathroom."

"Clean, rooms were thoughtfully laid out, housekeeping staff were cool! Breakfast was quite good. You can take breakfast to your room for health reasons which make no sense to me since you can buy food and cook in your suite."

"While the property per se is clean, the bed's are springy and not nice. The rooms are too small. There is a strong smoke smell in the apartment. The neighborhood of the property is not a desirable one. While they said it can accomodate 3 in a room with extra bed, there is literally no space around the bed to even walk let alone someone sleep. I ended up not staying and did not even get a sorry or any refund from the property owner. "

"The traffic noise was too high at the four floor in room 431, and it's throughout the day because of the hotel closeness to highway. The windows need to be soundproofed. Other than this, it was great."

"Location to train to Fenway was great! The fire alarm in the room had a bring light which made it hard to sleep. Gym towels were very low quality, smelled terrible and all towels in room smelled musty. At check-in, I requested my rewards number be added to the stay if it already hadn’t been added and received a lecture about booking with Expedia instead of directly with hotel."

"We've stayed here on a number of occasions visiting our Northeastern Student. This time was simply to visit the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Location is great. Walkable to a couple of restaurants. Above normal continental breakfast in the morning. Limited parking on the ground floor (you need to have your room key to access BEFORE you try to enter or you'll get stuck on a very steep incline with not many options to back out. "The hotel is incredibly rundown. We had no towels in our room on the second day. The gym was closed. The beds were comfortable, and that was the only good part about this hotel. It really had a motel feel at best.."

"We had no heat for the entire stay- it was below 20 on some nights and we were freezing. We messaged some agent over and over and they kept having us trying to troubleshoot. Then they said they sent a technician which they did not. I never got anyone on the phone to speak to. They just kept texting me. I thought I was texting a bot.
