"The kitchen was fully equipped, and the place was very clean. It's conveniently located near universities and downtown, with everything within walking distance. However, I do wish there was an elevator—carrying luggage up to the fourth floor was quite a challenge. That said, the bed and sofa couch were comfortable, and we slept well."

"We thought the room and service was ideal. We had a decent view from the eighth floor (we prefer the higher floors). There was no hotel "scent" which was appreciated. It was a clean room that maybe had a slight whiff of fresh laundry which is ideal. The staff were gracious, accommodating, and helpful. The lobby felt high-end and "slozy" (sleek and cozy; a true accomplishment in design—often tough to successfully marry these disparate characteristics). "
