"The hotel has been amazing!!! The property and staff are all great. Unfortunately we had some old grouchy farts that complained the whole time about our kids and our noise. My son overheard them at 6pm complaining to the front desk that shouldn’t have a foosball table on the patio because it ruined the vibe on the patio, we also got overheard them compiling about us on the patio about our kids and then we got a noise complaint from the stupid same people before 10 about zero noise. "The check in clerk was very helpful. We arrived early, actually earlier than i thought due to a tome change. The clerk couldn't che k us in as the rooms were still being cleaned. I explained that we had to be somewhere and wouldn't be back for a few hours, yei i didn't want a second floor room as there is no elevator and my husband cannot carry our things up the stairs She said she would see what she could do and sure enough when we got back to check in a few hours later, she did accommodate...

"The royal tents are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The facility has good food, beer and wine. Also a coffee shop. Convenient location for visiting Willcox area wineries and for day trips to Chiricahua National Monument, Fort Bowie Historical Site, Bisbee, and Douglas. Will definitely return."
