"This is a reasonably-priced apartment for a family with dogs. The owner is very friendly and the accommodations themselves are old-fashioned but revamped and cute, close to the beach and boardwalk. Just wished it was a tich cleaner."

"Good: First off this apartment is super convenient to convention center and beach. Everything we wanted to do was an easy walk. The owner/manager was pretty communicative and tried to help out issues that arose during our stay. It was clean and smelled pleasant. Bad: Not handicap accessible as a former handicap person it's something I pay attention to. "Love this place. The staff is great and so welcoming. Best part is the outdoor pool with the tiki bar and DJ. Bar tenders are great. Building is very old and you can see water damage in the rooms. They do try and keep up with the maintenance. They have a restaurant there. You can order your food and they bring it to the pool or your room. So close to the boardwalk. Definitely will be going back next summer."

"The Staff was excellent,very helpful and professional I had few issues, Ms Bernadette was very helpful upgraded me to a cottage kitchenette 2 bedrooms ,I was disappointed no phone to call customer service you have to go to front desk in person ,no chair to sit I have to climb on the bed No iron .The positive part very convenient across the beach, boardwalk,that was the highlight of my stay it was my birthday week, there was no parking available upon my arrival which was late after 7 pm, went the over flow parking lot, a block and half away from the hotel ."
