"This hotel is very new. We had a pleasant stay for our one night visit to Pittsburgh. The bed was very comfortable and the property was quiet and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and courteous. There was a continental breakfast included. The location was close to restaurants and a movie theater in walking distance. There is a great fitness center and indoor pool included. We will return here during future Pittsburgh visits."

"We reported a profusely leaking showerhead and our bed frame being broken the morning after check in. They told us they would address it and never did. I reported it again and that we needed our room cleaned a couple days later. Nothing happened. Then I got a text asking how my stay was going and I reported all of the above and was told they were understaffed and got no follow up. We asked a cleaner to service our room the next day, and she did clean the room. The showerhead and bed were never...

"Great location just N of Pittsburgh - lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the quiet 6th floor. Didn't hear a sound all night. Comfy beds, good breakfast and great value for money."

"Only thing available for b-fast was coffee. But only sugar was available-no sweetener. Halls needed to be vacuumed as did room. There are enough choices of motels in the area so that I would stay at another. Front desk help was very nice, though. Stan Potler"

"The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. Gregory, in the breakfast area, was especially helpful and friendly. My husband recently had his leg amputated and this was our first trip since then. The manager and front desk staff couldn’t be more helpful. It is a wonderful place to stay!"

"The suite was clean except for a few chips left by cleaning crew. (not good for my dogs!) I never stayed in a suite before, and was pleased by the number of amenities provided! We had plenty of space for 2 adults & 2 dogs. Very nice breakfast. Nice walk outside area for dogs. Would definitely stay here again."

"There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2...

"Room was pretty dirty, anytime you moved something plenty of dirt was left behind. Move the ottoman or waste basket and there it was. Poorly made repairs throughout the facility"

"The only real things to raise are: 1) pick a room away from Baum Ave. because there is quite a bit of traffic noise and it does not make for good night’s sleep, and 2) the windows were either slightly dirty or an fogged up (I could not tell) and hence the view was a bit obscured."
