"The motel was great. The traffic noise was a bit loud. The staff were kind and friendly."

"Had a good check in experience. Got to our room and someone brought us towels which was unusual. The bathroom sink and rug in bedroom/desk area were dirty and not clean. After 15 minutes we pulled down the bed spread and the sheets were also dirty. Called front desk and a housekeeper came to our room and snapped at us that she had cleaned the room. She went down to the front desk to complain and my husband caught her accusing us of creating the filth. Luckily Shana who just got on duty came and vacuumed the carpet and gave us new sheets. When I went to make the bed, the mattress cover was stained and also filthy. Shana wiped the dirt off and apologized. She said usually the mattress cover is clean. We couldn't sleep all night. Unfortunately when I went down to thank her, I saw another male guest turn in his keys and said, "The room is so bad I can't stay here." She offered to change rooms for him but he just walked out. It's a shame as this place is so close to our son's college. We wanted to like it but the accusations from the nasty housekeeper made us decide to never return."

"Clean room, helpful staff members, & good (not TOO many options) for breakfast. Still was a decent start to the day & plenty of time to go down and get it. Easy not crowded parking. A little noisy from the highway at night! House keeping is very polite. We had on glitch with the key, but they fixed it right away. TV Bluetooth for music was not working and we were then transferred to an incorrect line, but the main desk told us that we could use the alarm clock for music. Super great, affordable, and surprising high quality stay given that there are so many options in this area & we were unsure of which to choose!"

"Well... it's definitely a no frills place. There is no place to hang clothes. There were stains on what I think was supposed to be a comforter (more like a top sheet?). Based on the dirty footprints in the bathtub, the last guest in that room didn't wear shoes. At first I didn't think the AC worked, but then I noticed it wasn't plugged in. It was wired through some control box mounted on the wall that didn't control it. So there we as full on freezing cold or nothin. There are more negatives, but I'll throw in some positives. Parking has full video surveillance and seemed safe. It was Friday night and based on the guests I saw, I was truly surprised how quiet it was through the night. And location is very convenient. For the price, it's OK."
