"Big scam Never got the door code, nobody answered the call or messages Took the money but we never could enter the property and had to find a different accommodation Still no response "

"Excellent facilities. The from desk and the spa staff is very good and knowledgeable . The restaurant food is good but the waiters are not properly attired and do not speak English which is surprising in Poland , especially in a 4 star facilities "

Staff was very friendly and helpful. As this property is out in the countryside there was nothing in the immediate area without driving into town. I would assume that people booking this property are there for the spa facilities. It is not located near any major transportation routes. "
