"Clean with helpful staff."

"This property is great. Parking is plentiful and it’s quiet. The staff are lovely and the rooms and public spaces are nice. The bar is in the restaurant so we never used it (which is probably good - the restaurant always seemed full). On that note, we did eat in the restaurant and it was very good. The roasts looked amazing. We did picky bits from starters and sides and all were lovely. The breakfast is good. It can get busy and the scrambled eggs are sometimes quite wet (but not always)....

"Great location! We were able to walk the city so easily! The rooms were small, but we knew that going into the reservation. The beds were comfortable and they had water for us in the fridge which was very thoughtful. We only ate breakfast once down in the restaurant and they had a lot to offer! The bar /coffee shop/restaurant vibe is super cool. The only complaint I have is that the day we arrived, the elevator stoped working, so every time we needed to go back to our room, it was a three floor...

Don’t miss the Prosecco Welcome and the hotel owners talk on the history of the local area and Abbeyglen Castle itself. "The biggest issue with this hotel is the poor Wi-Fi. Ive stayed twice now in different rooms. If you sit at the desk there is a good chance you will constantly lose connection or fail to connect. On both stays I ended up using roaming. Super annoying. 2 laptops, 1 phone and a tablet same issue. Even when moving around the room connectivity was iffy. For the 2nd room the router was literally outside the room. The complaint made had no effect. It's not good enough for a 1st world country! Not...
