"The room size and bathroom size are good. The room and bathroom were clean upon check-in. We were there two nights. The room was not cleaned while we were there. They said it was because we had the do not disturb sign out. That part is true. We had it out until noon. They cannot clean a room after noon? There are totally done with that by noon? If so, why is check-in time 3:00? Surely there must be some staff that work in the afternoon. It was disappointing to return to a room that had not been...

"The hotel had a clean lobby. The staff was near shift change when I arrived with my child. Was a smooth check in but no personality. The halls need to be cleaned and smelled. The rooms are dated but clean except the carpet. The pool was closed for this trip. The view from my window you could see it was very dirty. There were a lot of young teens (15+ youths) running the halls and being loud. In my honest opinion, I would check other locations around the area."

"A big portion of the roof was missing. Our room smelled like mildew. The bedding was wet. We left immediately and got a refund."

"I booked 2 rooms online with 2 full beds in each and when I got there they only had one room available and they offered another room with a just a king. With the amount of ppl staying in each room( people that wouldn't share a bed together) it did not work out. "Wonderful stay with the perfect amount of amenities in a beautiful building. Would totally come back here again!"
