"Room clean and adequate size. Would have been nice to have a fridge but we were given fresh water. Although there is no air on, they do provide a floor fan. Evening meal was delicious, as was the wine. English breakfast was ok - I couldn’t eat the sausages as it was very over seasoned with white pepper, so I didn’t enjoy it, but hubby who loves pepper was happy to eat mine. Check in and out was very easy. Annoyingly because we hadn’t booked direct with the hotel we where charged £12 parking."

"Lovely decent sized suite rooms, Staff are brilliant and very accommodating to my travel needs working away here, my no.1 stay when it’s available for me, they go above and beyond to make my stay nice and relaxed, Restaurant is great, easy over a weeks selection to choose from, and staff great, Alex is a star server"

"Hotel was great for a stopover on our journey south, checkin was easy, room was great and breakfast ideal before we went on our way again. The facilities looked great though we didn’t get to use them. We would definitely visit again and would be happy to spend longer there."

"Very nice and helpful staff, having mentioned it was our anniversary, come meal time in the restaurant we had our table decorated and complimentary drink delivered to us. Beautiful hotel and everything we needed. Room was basic but knew that when I booked. Only criticism was that our room was incredibly hot, even at night but we asked for another fan which didn’t help to be honest. Other than that, highly recommended."
