"The staff were very helpful & informative.
The breakfast buffet could have more items however it was still decent. For breakfast, we were offered vegetarian sausages seperately as the buffet did not have any vegetarian sausages. That was very thoughtful of the staff.
The room had everything we required, a hairdryer, a fridge (requested earlier), a fan & were able to adjust the heating in the room.
The spa facilities were nice & clean."

"Clean, polite staff and well located, but lack of parking is a setback. Pool is dated and craving for renovation. Pool is in a different building across the road which is a university sports centre; not stated when booking. No towels provided at the pool. "Fantastic stay. Lovely room. Free parking and £10 for our dog to stay ( 2 night stay) food was lovely and we could take our dog with us. The staff were fab made a fuss over our dog and nothing was too much trouble for us or her. Opposite, there is a field that you can take your dog for a walk. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will definitely be back. "
