It was very convenient for Haydock Park races, parking available and a 10 to 15 minute leisurely walk. Staff were friendly and welcoming and managed to have a room ready beforecwe set off for the races.

Service was good especially with it being busy , food delicious and drinks great value 2 negative points , maintenance man needs to get his paint brush out in the foyer of the rooms and start providing 2 keys , awkward when you cant get in

Green kings puds are great for a cheap, good quality meal and drink. The fact there is a hotel with nice clean spacious room next door makes it an easy choice. The rooms where clean, with daily house keeping. The only point that could do with improvement was the hall paint work was badly scratched.

Stop over stay at the Bay Horse Hotel. Easy access from motorway. Good parking. Room was great. Service friendly. We were off early so didn’t sample the breakfast.

Great value spotlessly clean!!

Staff were very friendly helpful and polite all round. Was familiy stay for a funeral and rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious loads of parking. Cannot fault anything! Many thanks
