"A great stay for a short break in Liverpool. Brilliant communication beforehand and had everything we needed. Nice little touches too with water, biscuits etc. Would definitely stay again."

"A very good stay overall. The room was comfortable with plenty of storage, large window with blind, and staff always helpful. The shower could do with some general maintenance to clear slightly dirty bits. The sink had a large chip out of it which should be filled. I was provided with one toilet roll for 3 nights. Reception staff can't help with anything to do with the "hotel" side. Luckily I found some cleaning staff who told me I should have had two, and did give me another. The room was...

"This was a great location for us very happy close to the cavern close to good eats close to the mall good spot"

"Excellent location on the dock with only 6 or 7 minute walk to Liverpool One. Simple check In and check out process and the apartment is lovely. Really comfortable beds and a fan in hand in this warm weather was very welcome. Cleanliness only got 4 out of 5 as the beds and sofas had crumbs and but under them so they hadn’t been hoovered under. "
