"Room had all we need, easy access to apartment. Clean room with towels. Just a couple of stops on the subway which made the access to the centre very easy. Neighbourhood may appear a bit intimidating but we didn’t have any issues. Would stay there again"

"Vorsicht Abzocke! Ich habe die Buchung termingerecht storniert. Dies wurde durch Expedia ignoriert und die Zahlung einstweilen einbehalten. Habe Anzeige bei der Polizei erstattet und muss das Geld jetzt umständlich über die Bank und Visa zurückholen. Ganz mieser Service!"

"If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...
