"Beautiful accommodation in the heart of Old Krakow. Close to the train station, restaurants, shops, etc. The room itself is wonderful - like stepping into the past but with all the modern amenities. Highly recommended."

"Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite.
The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it.
Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging...

"Location is excellent, near the train stop for airport ease.
Walking distance to old town and Jewish area.
Castle is also close...
Facility was very clean and restaurants have A pleasent offering.
KRAKOW IS Wow...and I would definitely do this City and hotel combination again. Asap.
