"Localização maravilhosa ao lado do castelo de Cracóvia, prédio histórico belíssimo, café da manhã excelente, produtos super de qualidade, quarto amplo e confortável. Facilidade de estacionamento. Esperava apenas um recepção mais calorosa por parte dos funcionários, quem sabe um drink de boas vindas um mimo no quarto, pelo nível do hotel, esperava mais neste quesito, mas no restante excelente. "

"Staff was so very helpful. Room was very nice and spacious. Hotel was perfectky situated fir easy access to Old Town. Maybe a 3 minute walk to the Christmas market. Would highly recommend."
