"Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. (Late Feb 2026) Everything about it was fantastic! Location, facilities, breakfasts and bar, cleanliness and above all else the staff who were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend and would easily return without hesitation. "

"Loved this hotel. Our suite was enormous and everything was in tip-top condition. Master bedroom with ensuite, living room with addition WC. 2 giant TVs, a chromecast on the bedroom TV which was great as we quickly got bored of the handful of English language stations and we were able to access some of our favourite streamers. Staff were all really kind and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. Location is perfect for exploring Krakow.

"Very comfortable unique hotel in the excellent location and friendly atmosphere. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the uniformity and the noise of the large chain hotels or unkempt rental apartments. Great service, helpful staff and ambience. "

"The room was spotless, the shower pressure was very good with plenty of hot water. The bathroom had all that you needed for shaving kits, combs, to lotion, shampoo and shower gel.
We were staying in an delux room and were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco. Very nice touch!
If you needed reservations to anything, the concierge will make them for you. Even for restaurant are booked ❤️.
The location can’t be beat."
