"It is a great hotel, centrally located for trams, city central square and jewish quarter in easy walking distance. The hotel lovely and clean and housekeeping was very good. "Wir sind angesichts der vielen exzellenten Bewertungen leider sehr überrascht. Das Zimmer und die gesamte Ausstattung wirkten deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, die Wände waren teilweise vergilbt. Besonders das Badezimmer machte keinen guten Eindruck: In den Ecken und auch in der Dusche befanden sich deutliche Verschmutzungen. Eine Tür der Duschkabine war offenbar ausgehängt und musste von uns selbst wieder in die Führung eingesetzt werden, damit sie sich schließen ließ.

"Stylish hotel in a central location with a lovely spa and swimming pool area. The breakfast was excellent, and overall the hotel has a very attractive and sophisticated atmosphere.

"It is a beautiful hotel located right on the Main Market Square. There were more amenities than I would ever use. Included breakfast was awesome. If I ever go back to Krakaw, I will definitely stay at the Boneroski. It is the best hotel I have been in all my travels to Europe."
